Recruitment
·       Means Searching for prospective candidate and inspiring them to applying for the post
Recruitment ends on the last day of receiving applications
Selection
·       Selection is the selecting the fixed number of suitable candidate from those who applied for the posts
·       Selection process starts as soon as recruitment ends
·       As per the need of the job
·       Recruitment considered applications received in due data. While selection considered no of most suitable candidates
